Happy 4th Birthday

Today is our 4th Anniversary. Thanks to everyone who’s supported us over the past 4 years. We are very excited for the new year ahead and continuing to work with our existing clients as well as new ones.

Bodmin Museum & Hotel featured on BBC Spotlight

Twelve Architects is preparing proposals for the alteration, extension and change of use of the Grade II listed buildings at Bodmin Jail. The vision for the jail is to return this much understated heritage asset of national importance to its former glory, and in so doing make it a leading visitor attraction, venue, hotel and teaching facility for local schools and universities that gives back to Bodmin, Cornwall and the UK.

Twelve invited to join the ERDF Global Growth Programme

To support Twelve’s overseas work we have been joined the Global Growth programme which is co-financed by the European Commission (ERDF, European Regional Development Fund).

The programme provides access to UKTI/ERDF range of activities focused on key aspects of international trade and routes to market.

Innovation award for The Diamond

Our striking £81m learning facility was praised by RICS judges for its uniqueness and innovativeness. The judges commended the project team – including Twelve Architects, Turner & Townsend and Balfour Beatty – for successfully bolstering the university’s status as a world-class education provider.

Our project will go on to compete against other regional winners at the national RICS Awards Grand Final on 14 October 2016 in London.

The prestigious annual contest was held at The Majestic Hotel in Harrogate on Friday 13 May by The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

The Diamond has been shortlisted for a 2016 RIBA Yorkshire Award

The Diamond has been shortlisted for a 2016 RIBA Yorkshire Award by the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) along with ten other buildings.

The shortlisted buildings will be visited by the judging panel in March, with the winners of an RIBA Yorkshire Award announced at a ceremony on 21st April at Aspire in Leeds.

Regional winners will also be considered for a highly-coveted RIBA National Award in recognition of their architectural excellence. The shortlist for the RIBA Stirling Prize for the best building of the year will be drawn from the RIBA National Award-winning buildings.

We will be attending the Passenger Terminal Expo 2016

Alex Bitus, Head of Transport at Twelve Architects will be attending Passenger Terminal Expo (PTX) in Cologne, Germany on 15-17 March 2016 and he would be delighted to meet with you.

Passenger Terminal Expo is a fantastic show to meet clients and network with other companies in the industry.

Twelve Architects are currently working on a number of aviation proposals and are currently completing the design for Rostov On Don International & Domestic terminal.
