Lorraine has extensive experience in leading project briefing, stakeholder engagement, design development and the delivery of higher education and research facilities.

This includes The Diamond for The University of Sheffield. Lorraine was responsible for the briefing process and end-user consultations as well as being a technical advisor for the more highly serviced teaching laboratories. She also acted as client quality monitor on the project during the construction stages.

Lorraine led the delivery of the MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology in Cambridge. This is a major new world class facility with 27,000m2 of laboratories and social facilities such a library, restaurant, breakout spaces and seminar rooms.

Lorraine combines a blend of award winning built projects with a considered and inclusive approach to the design process.
